At Peggy Concept Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
